Digital Registration
The first step toward recovery is becoming a verified part of the movement. Members can register through our secure portal by providing basic personal and Shareholder Member details. This creates a unified, legally-recognized database of all aggrieved shareholders. What to expect: Allocation of a unique Membership ID and access to the member-only dashboard.

Document Verification & Audit
To ensure the integrity of our legal claims, our backend team and state coordinators verify the Shareholder Member proofs (Certificates/Passbooks) provided by the members. This data acts as the "Evidence Base" for our representations before the Courts and the Central Registrar (CRCS). What to expect: A verified status that confirms your eligibility in the collective settlement roadmap.

Legal Declaration and Consent
Transparency is our core value. Every member provides a formal "Consent & Declaration," authorizing the Foundation to represent their interests. This prevents individual legal hurdles and allows the Trust to fight as one powerful, unified entity in the High Courts and Supreme Court. What to expect: Legal protection under the Trust's umbrella for all future proceedings.

Our specialized legal cell files Writ Petitions and Public Interest Litigations (PILs). We challenge the failure of past liquidations and advocate for the appointment of proven, effective leadership as the Administrative Head. We actively liaison with the CRCS to revoke stagnant orders and initiate a recovery-focused management. What to expect: Regular updates on court hearings, orders, and administrative responses.

This is the final milestone. We don't just wait for government action; we facilitate it.
