By registering with this movement, you agree to the following terms as per the Deed of Trust.
Membership Fee
A one-time non-refundable registration fee of ₹250/- is mandatory for administrative and digital portal expenses.
Representation
You authorize the Trust to represent your case in collective Writ Petitions, PILs, and administrative proceedings.
Regional Jurisdiction
The Trust operates across UP, MP, UK, and Bihar, with its primary registered office in Lucknow.
No Refund Guarantee
Joining the movement does not guarantee an immediate refund from the cooperative society, as it depends on judicial outcomes and administrative revocations.
